Cialfo has transformed our counseling services at CIS by acting as a comprehensive 'one-stop shop' for counselors, students, and staff. It enhances organization and efficiency by categorizing students into advisor groups and monitoring their progress. The cDocs feature simplifies document management and tracking applications, while bulk uploads and shared calendars reduce administrative tasks, allowing more focus on student interaction. Innovative features like Direct Apply and detailed Student Dashboards streamline the university application process, empowering students in their selection process. Cialfo's personalized support, continuous enhancements, and responsive customer service have made our transition smooth and rewarding, significantly improving our operations.
Over the past few years, Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School has deeply integrated the Cialfo platform into its operations, utilizing its features to enhance counseling and material submission during student application seasons. The school creates specific classes, assigns multiple counselors to each student, and uses Notes for detailed educational planning. Students are encouraged to research universities using the platform, and the system admin leverages the Reports section for data analysis. The cDocs section is pivotal for sending materials to universities, and the Direct Apply feature has streamlined applications since 2023.
Cialfo has simplified our processes, allowing us to efficiently manage our growing school. Cialfo has been a great help to us. This is our second year using Cialfo for applications and we manage almost the entire process on Cialfo. I really like the cDocs feature because it makes everything very smooth, apart from that I am using Notes on Cialfo and I am getting students resumes made on Cialfo via the Resume builder feature. I am asking my students to Longlist and Shortlist their universities on Cialfo to keep it organised. I keep on telling them about Direct Apply which I think is another great feature, which makes the entire application process very hassle-free. I think Cialfo is a one-stop solution for us here in Daly College.
