Since Pearson&#8217;s payment gateway processes your PTE fee as an international transaction, a card with this feature switched off will be declined, even though your bank account has sufficient balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_fix_it\"><\/span>How to fix it<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your bank&#8217;s app or net banking portal and look for &#8220;Card Controls,&#8221; &#8220;International Usage,&#8221; or &#8220;Manage Debit Card.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable\u00a0<strong>international transactions<\/strong>\u00a0specifically for online\/e-commerce use, not just international ATM withdrawals \u2014 these are usually separate toggles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retry the payment.
